The Wee Kitchen Cookery School offers relaxed, hands-on cooking classes in Leith, giving you the chance to experience Scotland through its food as well as discover flavours from around the world. The Traditional Scottish Cooking Class is a unique Edinburgh experience, where you’ll prepare a comforting bowl of Cullen Skink, bake buttery Scottish shortbread from scratch, and enjoy a tasting of carefully selected Scottish cheeses. Along the way, you’ll learn about the stories and traditions behind some of Scotland’s best-loved ingredients, before sitting down to enjoy everything you’ve made. The school also offers a range of international cooking classes.
