Edinburgh Gin Distillery is located at The Arches near Waverley Station, built around 4 historic 19th century railway arches. Its tours delve into the gin making process, the stories behind the gins and unique tasting experiences. It also has a bar, which serves various gins, cocktails and tasting flights.
On an introductory tour of Edinburgh Gin Distillery, you’ll learn about the history of gin and the science of distillation. You’ll see how gin is made in copper stills and enjoy a welcome drink. Those looking for a more in-depth experience can choose from a selection of gin-making tours, masterclasses and tastings. Please note, this is an over 18s venue and not suitable for children.
