Afternoon Tea is an elegant way to celebrate something special. Perfect for a Mother’s Day, Valentine’s, Hen Party or Birthday treat. Afternoon Teas usually include a choice of tea, sandwiches, scones, cakes and sweets, often with the option of a glass of Champagne. The Dome
